Airamid Health Management is a progressive leader in the management and operations nationwide of healthcare facilities providing post-acute services, rehabilitative services, skilled nursing and long-term care and assisted living.
Airamid is responsible for the management of 58 not-for-profit skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in three states. We are searching for a Regional Vice President in the Florida area with strong leadership skills with an excellent track record as a senior level NHA or a successful Regional Director ready to take the next step in their leadership development. This person will report directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills (but not limited to):
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record
• A track record of mentoring, developing and promoting staff members
• Census development • Quality of care
• Human resource functions (Recruiting and Retention)
• Detailed oriented • Strong organizational skills
